Online Lessons
Classes are on Zoom and the duration is 30, 40 and 45 minutes, depending on the students’ age. Learning materials are sent beforehand.
During the children and teens classes, the student is under parent’s supervision, direction, care and control. Parents are responsible for the well-being and behaviour of the student.
Payments
If you decide to enroll, an invoice will be sent via email. Payment needs to be made in advance before the student begins the classes via wire transfer or card payment.
Rescheduling of lessons
Lessons can be rescheduled 24 hours in advance. In the case of private lessons, a new suitable time has to be found, that is suitable for both, the student and the teacher. In the case of group classes, the student can join another group if there are available spots or listen the lesson recording. Notice that lessons recordings won’t be sent normally only in case of student’ absence.
Refund
If not satisfied, the student can ask the reimbursement of the paid monthly fee at any time but only the equivalent of the classes not take will be reimbursed.
When an online lesson starts, the teacher will wait 15 minutes, if the student does not show up, the lesson won’t be reimbursed or rescheduled.
In the case of illnesses please inform as soon as possible, otherwise lessons won’t be reimbursed or rescheduled. Same applies to technical problems, the student is responsible to have a good Internet connection and computer equipment.
